Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order within 3 days of placing it, provided it has not already shipped. To cancel, email theoldeforest@gmail.com with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email theoldeforest@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, including a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no additional cost — there’s no need to return the damaged copy. Outside of this case, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via India Post.
• Orders are shipped out within 7 days of being placed.
• Please allow at least a further 7 days for delivery after your order ships.
• Olde Forest is not liable for delays caused by India Post or other postal/courier authorities once an order has been handed over for shipping.
• We currently ship within India only.
